The 11th annual East Lansing Film Festival will take place March 12 - 20, 2008.
ELFF screens all genres of feature, documentary, short and student films from around the world. ELFF’s mission is to showcase foreign and independent films and celebrate their diverse cultures, ideas and creativity as well as foster and promote filmmaking in the Lake Michigan region by holding the Lake Michigan Film Competition during ELFF.
ELFF screens more than 100 films over nine days, including 2 extensive shorts programs, in 3 venues and 6 theaters. The Lake Michigan Film Competition, restricted to films from Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin, gives cash and product awards.
Audience Awards are given in each category.
